Specialist Care
Our purpose at Living at Home is to improve your life by assisting you to remain at home for as long as you like by offering our specialist care services.
We collaborate with community health professionals such as:
- Hospital discharge teams
- General practitioners
- District nurses
- Psychiatric nurses
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational therapists

This is to reduce the burden on already overstretched NHS services by avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions, preventing falls, and maintaining nutrition and hydration.
If hospitalization is required, we will continue our visits as much as possible to ensure that you heal fast and maintain your nutrition and mobility.
This will allow you to return home sooner and lower the risk of readmission.
The high standard of training and support we provide to our staff demonstrates an exceptional level of trustworthiness to other health care professionals.
What is the meaning of ‘specialist care’?
At Living At Home, we provide specialized care to those with illnesses or conditions that require it. Our staff are highly trained and use specialized equipment. We offer assistance to those with neuromuscular problems, spinal injuries, cancer, and a plethora of other health challenges.
We understand the importance of family, which is why we provide a range of services from respite care to 24-hour home care. Our mission is to allow people to stay in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by those they love, while we help them with their special care needs.

Making plans for the future
It’s critical to start arrangements as soon as possible so that you and your loved one have a plan of action and are aware of your options.
As more elderly care options become available, it is now possible for people to stay in their own homes instead of going to a nursing home.
